Hello all
After we've published our forthcoming review of the Lomography LOMO MC-A in the next few weeks, Kosmo Foto will turn to our ever-teetering pile of "cameras to review".
Over here, we like to put at least 10 to 12 rolls of film through a camera before we publish a review – it gives us more of chance to see how the camera deals with different kinds of film and lighting conditions.
We've shot plenty of rolls on a bunch of cameras recently and thought we would come to the 'Advance/Rewind' hive mind to decide which camera goes under the microscope first. Your choices are:
Canon Sure Shot Max: Pleasing plastic Sure Shot Model from the 1990s with a 35mm lens
Hanimex 35 HS: A bargain-bin camera with some useful features and a surprisingly good lens
Leicaflex: The heavyweight camera that signalled Leica's move into SLRs
LOMO Smena Symbol: Perhaps the best model in the long-running Soviet Smena range
Olympus LT-1: A Mju-1 encased in a faux-leather covering for the style-conscious jetsetter
Olympus OM-10: The OM-on-a-budget that has become very popular five decades on
You can choose your pick in the survey below. We'll make a decision on Friday 16 January and let you know the winner in a forthcoming edition of 'Advance/Rewind'
Which camera should we review next?
Thanks and have a great rest of your weekend
Stephen Dowling
